Due to growing public health concerns, DCMC is putting health and safety measures in place to prevent and respond to the potential for coronavirus exposure in our community.

If you are presenting to DCMC ER, Nutt-Walley Clinic or The DCMC Family Clinic and are experiencing respiratory symptoms, fever, cough or difficulty breathing, please call prior to your visit.

DCMC will be limiting all access to the building at this time.
We are asking that patients presenting to DCMC only bring one family member with them in order to reduce exposure to others. No visitors will be allowed to visit hospitalized patients unless a patient requires a family member at bedside.
Children 12 years and younger will not be admitted in the building unless they are a patient.
All public meetings, such as Dash, have been cancelled.
The Gift Shop will be closed until further notice.
All vendors are asked to call in advance or at the time of delivery. They will be met at the door.
Payments can be made by calling the business office or via mail.

All patients presenting to DCMC with signs of respiratory illness are being provided masks to minimize the spread of all respiratory infections. If staff become concerned about a patient's potential exposure to the coronavirus, the CDC guidelines for preventing spread of the illness will be followed.

Please practice these simple habits.
Cover your mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing.
Wash your hands often with soap and warm water.
Use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
Avoid large crowds.

These precautions are temporary and we will continue to provide updates as risks are reduced and more information becomes available.
