Immunizations: We protect our patients, employees and community members by requiring all employees to be immunized according to CDC standards. Depending on the position, you will be screened for the following vaccinations MMR, Tdap, Varicella, TB, Annual Influenza, and Hepatitis B.

Licensure and Certifications: To ensure competency of our caregivers proof of required licensure or certification prior to an employee’s start date is required.

Background Check: All offers of employment are contingent on a successful background check. I understand that if I don’t disclose convictions of all misdemeanors and/or felonies my offer of employment will be rescinded and I won't be eligible to re-apply for six months.

Dress Code: Employees are expected to have a professional appearance while at work. Tattoos shall not be visible in the workplace. Visible body piercing is not permitted except for piercing of the ears (no gages). Extreme hair colors are not allowed. Employees shall adhere to the dress code.
