Purpose

The purpose of the Standards of Performance ("the Standards") is to enhance and promote an atmosphere of mutual trust, respect, teamwork and pride which are all vital to the success and prosperity of the Marcus Daly Memorial Hospital Corporation. The goal is to have the Standards become an integral part or our organization's culture.

We serve two types of customers:
External: Consumers who come to our Hospital to receive care or treatment as well as their families and friends.
Internal: Medical staff, volunteers, Board members, leaders, all employees.
