By signing my name, I am certifying that I am a resident of Marshall County and am 18 years old, and I am signifying my support to bring this ballot question to a vote:

"Shall a retailers' sales tax in the amount of one-half of a percent (.5%) be levied in Marshall County, Kansas, the proceeds of which will be paid to Community Memorial Healthcare, Inc., for the purpose of (1) funding certain improvements to the hospital equipment and facilities, and (2) supporting the general operating expenses. The collection of such sales tax shall commence January 1, 2019, and terminate ten (10) years thereafter, all pursuant to K.S.A. 12-187 et. Seq."
